On Jun 14, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between the China Construction Bank and Yingde Gases Group and the Financial Sharing Service Center Opening Ceremony of the Yingde Gases Group was successfully held. The COO Wang Junxu of the Group’s Clean Energy and Chemistry Business Segment, the vice president and general manager Zhang Jianye of the Financial Management Center, the vice president and general manager Fang Jingsong of the Operation Management Center were present. The senior manager Huang Shaoming of the Hunan Branch of the China Construction Bank et al were invited to be present. Heads of the Group’s multiple businesses and functionality departments were present. All attendees witnessed this great moment. 

The Group has significantly improved market development capabilities and enterprise profits due to advanced operation strategy and management philosophy from the shareholder PAG in recent years. Continuous growth of enterprise scale and business demands leads to stricter requirements for financial management. Therefore, it is urgent to transform and upgrade the financial management mode of the Group. The financial management team has learnt valuable experiences from some international industrial gas tycoons and many domestic successful enterprises. By combining the development features of the Group, the team determines the plan of the Financial Sharing Service Center to realize central and standardized management of business units, improve financial flow handling efficiency, completely optimize revenue and expenditure management and accounting level of the financial team, and further drive transformation of the financial system from accounting type to management type. 

After continuous efforts and rough tackling in several months, the Financial Sharing Service Center has successfully implemented. The representative of the China Construction Bank handed the gold key of “Yudao Tongda Multi-Bank Fund Management System” to our representative. This system is established under assistance of the Hunan Branch of the China Construction Bank, which realizes central payment of the Group, and lays solid foundation for central management, secure and reliable financial sharing service in future. 

The China Construction Bank has deeply cooperated with the Yingde Gases Group in the past. Till mid-April, the group had been granted RMB 1.5 billion yuan and RMB 10 billion yuan domestic and foreign credit limits by the China Construction Bank. With opening of the Financial Sharing Service Center, the Bank of Construction will increase the domestic credit limit of the Group to RMB 5 billion yuan and will continue deepening cooperation with the Group, which will boost business growth of the group.
