National Commercial Center and National Logistics Center of Yingde Gases are Officially Put into Service


Yingde Gases' National Commercial Center and National Logistics Center officially put into service on June 19 - an important milestone in the company's effort to elevate management standards and improve efficiency. Leveraging an industry-leading digital platform and intelligent management system, Yingde Gases is aiming to provide even greater value to its clients. 

As a leading industrial gas solutions service provider in China, Yingde Gases possesses ample backup resources in liquid gas as well as impressive capacity guarantees. As such the company is able formulate an on-site gas supply solution and provide results-driven services specifically tailored to the needs of each client. In its 20-plus years in operation, Yingde Gases has built more than 160 gas generation plants and expanded its wholesale business to serve the needs of more 5,000 liquid-gas clients in more than 300 municipalities. Yingde Gases' customer base now represents 12 major industries in China including semiconductors, food & beverage, healthcare, and alternative / renewable energy, interlinking production and everyday life.

The National Logistics Center has developed an intelligent scheduling system that is able to encompass the massive scale of Yingde Gases' Merchant business with deploying an Alibaba core algorithm and Amap.com maps. The intelligent scheduling system can not only optimize shipping routes and lower the cost of shipping, but it also monitors vehicles in transit in real time, and possesses the ability to issue an abnormality alert, in effect bringing logistics services to a much higher standard, improving efficiency in management and further advancing standardization, intensification, and AI refinement. In the future, the logistics team also plans to add a hazardous chemicals map and configure a route deviation alert system, further elevating the planning and execution components of management.

The newly established National Commercial Center upholds a customer-first philosophy. By employing Yingde Gases' ERP platform, the Commercial Center provides a fully online service environment ranging from partnership consultation, ordering / procurement, credit controls and delivery push notifications, to producing electronic receipts and settling / receiving payment, services for which are available to the client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in turn enhancing the product experience and performance, advancing the company toward more transparent, digitalized and process-driven customer service.
