Yingde Gases Launches Innovative Application Technology Solutions

1. Advanced Manufacturing Solutions

As China continues to grow its global competitiveness and market share in the field of manufacturing, advanced manufacturing sectors such as laser welding and additive manufacturing are also in a stage of rapid development. Among the new demands for equipment are compactness, integration, maintenance-free features, and intelligent functions.

To this end, Yingde Gases has conducted surveys among a large number of customer and developed a new gas mixing solution. This product adopts a highly integrated concept and consolidates core functions such as high-precision dual filtration, online voltage stabilization, and precise proportioning. Easy-to-operate and install as well as simple to maintain and repair, the equipment ensures that customers have continuous and stable use of high-precision mixed gases. Meanwhile, its independent integrated design greatly reduces production costs and brings direct cost reduction benefits to customers.

The equipment fulfills customers’ demand for convenient out-of-the-box features. Since its release in the market in June 2023, the equipment has been quickly garnering positive feedback and recognition from customers. To date, dozens of units have been put into operations, and it is expected that hundreds of units will be launched in the market every year in the future.

2. Food Preservation Solutions

With the upgrading of domestic consumption, food frozen by liquid nitrogen is getting popular nowadays. One example is “Juicy Tofu” (“Bao Jiang Dou Fu”), which is a specialty snack in Southwest China featuring a crispy outer layer and a burst of juice on the inside. Its unique taste has made it an Internet sensation all across the country. Due to the special internal structure of “Juicy Tofu”, it is necessary to choose a quick deep-freezing solution to keep it tasting fresh while also preventing freezing cracks.

To meet market demand, Yingde Gases conducted an in-depth survey based on the characteristics of “Juicy Tofu”, after which Yingde Gases rolled out an application technology solution within a short time. This said solution, which features breakthroughs in three major technical fields (a liquid nitrogen injection system design, intelligent control of flow and temperature fields, and frequency conversion adjustment of the transmission system), enables high-speed, consistent, and stable freezing effects. It effectively prevents cracks in tofu, reduces liquid nitrogen loss, saves production costs, and helps customers produce high-quality products efficiently and stably.

While the prepackaged food segment has brought a lot of opportunities for liquid nitrogen quick-freezing technology, the process requirements are complex and diverse . In the future, Yingde Gases shall customize liquid nitrogen quick-freezing solutions according to the types of processes required for different foods.

3. Aquaculture Solutions

The rapid development of China's e-commerce industry has changed the traditional aquaculture industry. These changes have created a demand for high-density aquaculture, for which scientific oxygen supply is a key success factor. Previously, users depended on their existing experience and they often encountered issues such as inappropriate equipment selection, low aeration efficiency, and high oxygen costs. These issues make it difficult to increase the efficiency and even pose the risk of oxygen outage.

In responding to market demand, Yingde Gases has launched aquaculture solutions to effectively solve these pain points. The application of new aeration technology enables oxygen dissolved in water to be detectable, preemptable through early warnings, controllable, and traceable. Meanwhile, this technology also increases the dissolved oxygen efficiency by more than 50%. The unique safety system design, which ensures an uninterrupted supply of oxygen to the entire system, prevents the large-scale deaths of aquatic products arising from the lack of oxygen due to sudden power interruptions. A comprehensive range of aquaculture solutions from oxygen supply to aeration helps users to reduce costs and increase efficiency while also providing strong safety safeguards.
