Agreement to Invest Another Clean Gas Project Concluded

On October 11, 2023, Yingde Gases signed a contract with the county government of Huaxian, Anyang city, Henan province for a clean energy project. This is the second clean energy project of Yingde Gases in Anyang, which is expected to have an annual production capacity of 1.6 billion Nm³ of syngas. It will be a strong impetus to the development of local environmental protection and recycling economy, and help to optimize the local energy structure.

Anyang Vice Chairman of the CPPCC cum Secretary of the County Party Committee Chen Zhong, leaders of various government departments, AirPower Technologies Chairman cum Yingde Gases Chairman Huang Dewei, and Yingde Gases Vice President Chen Kai were present at the project signing ceremony.

As Yingde Gases’ first clean energy plant, Anyang Yingde Gases Co., Ltd. (“Anyang Yingde”) commenced the phase one construction of its full-process clean energy project in 2011 which adopted energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies to create a clean production model. Meanwhile, Anyang Yingde has leveraged its green manufacturing standards and sustainable development concepts to win a number of national honorary titles. The signing ceremony this year was for phase two of the “Clean Gas Production Demonstration Project”, which is expected to involve an investment amount of 5.343 billion yuan. Upon commencing production, the project is expected to produce 1.6 billion standard cubic meters of syngas, 400,000 tons of functional fertilizer, 1.2 million tons of compound fertilizer, and 200,000 tons of food-grade carbon dioxide annually. This will effectively enable industry-driven employment and further promote the high-quality development of the local coal chemical industry.
