NovaAir Embarks Upon a New Journey in Malaysia

On January 09, 2024, Yingde Gases’ subsidiary NovaAir officially opened its new office facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Since the establishment of NovaAir in Southeast Asia in 2022, Yingde Gases has secured several major projects in Thailand and Malaysia by synergizing the efforts of domestic and overseas teams. These projects include the construction and operation of several large-scale air separation units with a total oxygen production capacity of 128,000Nm³/h for Alliance Steel, the first liquid gas separation project at Malaysia’s UMW High Value Manufacturing Park, and the construction of four on-site gas production units in Thailand for Runergy PV Technology.

The NovaAir team is comprised of industry veterans with extensive global experiences. With the expansion of operations overseas, NovaAir has strived to create a vibrant and dynamic team to better play to the company’s strengths in technical know-how and local expertise, in turn seizing opportunities to further expand the global market. NovaAir’s Malaysia office will provide another boost to Yingde Gases’ globalization expansion.

In China, Yingde Gases has already established a top-tier platform with highly specialized technology and a broad client base. It has firmed up core operations with overseas market expansion and achieved synergized development among various domestic and overseas business units by sharing resources with NovaAir to form a mutually enhancing partnership. Going forward, the overseas team will gradually differentiate their core competitive strengths, and focus on the exploration of green, low-carbon technologies such as green energy, green hydrogen, and biogas.
