Yingde Gases Kicks off a New Data Management System Project to Expedite the Digital Future Building

Yingde Gases' Data Asset Management Project was officially kicked off on March 13. The project aims to enhance the intelligent level of corporate data asset management for Yingde Gases to fully access the big data era. Samantha Wong, Yingde Gases CFO and Digitalization Committee Vice Chairman, and Zhen Rixin, Vice President of Alibaba Lingyang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., attended the event and delivered speeches.

Against a backdrop of rapidly accelerating development in information technology, data asset management has become a key ingredient in the formula to gain a competitive edge at the corporate level. Yingde Gases now regards digitalization as a crucial stage in the growth of the company, with an aim to build a comprehensive data ecosystem and data management system that delivers business value, thereby maximizing the value of data assets and accelerating digital transformation company-wide.

Yingde Gases has formed a project management team comprised of nearly 100 of the corporation’s business professionals, bringing in advanced management methodologies and technologies, while linking several business sectors including finance, procurement, sales, production, operations, engineering and human resources, building a big data analysis platform and nurturing a team of digitalization professionals, all while addressing a variety of application scenarios.

Based on the advanced data management methodologies with sophisticated technologies, and oriented toward the client requirements, this project will build an intelligent big data analysis platform, determine data management methods and protocols, cultivate a team of digitalization specialists, further enhance corporate data processing and analysis capabilities, optimize coordination among business teams and divisions, and improve the overall quality of company management.

The launch of this data asset management project marks a big step forward for Yingde Gases on the path toward total digitalization.
