The First Large Pipeline Gas Supply Project Constructed by Yingde Gases

for National Economic Development Zone Successfully Commences Production

In September 2024, the first pipeline gas supply air separation project in the park of the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone constructed by Yingde Gases officially commenced production. This is Yingde Gases’ first gas hub project involving a large pipeline supply of oxygen and nitrogen, which is set to further enhance the industrial competitiveness of the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic Development Zone. The project is also poised to significantly develop the liquid gas supply capabilities of Yingde Gases in Zhejiang Province and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the regional economy.

Leveraging its comprehensive service capabilities to support the gas needs of national-grade industrial parks, Yingde Gas maximized the advantages of the development zone's geographical location and the potential of supporting resources to independently design and build the gas hub project within the park. This project, which has a total investment that exceeds RMB 600 million and spans across 52 acres of land, will supply nitrogen and oxygen with pipeline and liquid gases to enterprises within the park in a centralized manner. The phase one nitrogen generator has smoothly commenced production, while the phase two air separation unit is expected to commence production in 2025. Upon completion, the liquid product supply volume is set to reach up to 800 tons/day. The strong liquid product supply capabilities of Yingde Gases will provide key support to the Zhejiang region. This project involves over 40 kilometers of pipelines in the park for continuous gas delivery to meet the production needs of enterprises in the park.

This project adopts advanced processes, efficient heat exchange systems, intelligent control strategies and low-carbon and environmentally friendly materials to achieve efficient separation of air as well as reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, thereby effectively reducing the company's production costs while ensuring gas quality. Furthermore, Yingde Gases leverages its comprehensive liquid sales system and logistics network to directly supply industrial gas products to various companies through dedicated delivery trailers, so as to quickly respond to and meet market demands.
