Yingde Gases Renews Gas Supply Agreement with China Energy Baotou Coal Chemical

On August 6, China Energy Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. ("Baotou Coal Chemical") and Baotou Yingde Gases Co., Ltd. ("Baotou Yingde") signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new phase in their collaboration in industrial gas supply and green coal chemical initiatives. This renewal will further strengthen our collaborative innovation and jointly drive forward the high-quality development of the coal chemical industry.

Since partnering in 2009, Yingde Gases has supplied the National Energy Baotou coal-to-olefins National Demonstration Project with four 60,000 Nm³/h air separation units, consistently ensuring its "stable, safe, long-term, full-load, and optimized" operation. As the world's first large-scale coal-to-olefins project, its successful operation not only demonstrates China's leading expertise in coal chemical technology but also provides crucial support for national energy security.

The renewal will further strengthen the in-depth collaboration between both parties in industrial gas supply, energy efficiency improvement in coal chemical industry, and low-carbon technology innovation.The two parties will explore new pathways for a green transition and inject fresh momentum into the clean and low-carbon upgrade of China's energy structure.
