The Phase II of Industrial Gas Hub of Yingde Gases Successfully Commissioned
In July 2025, Yingde Gases put a new liquid air separation unit in Shaoxing into operation, marking the completion of Phase II of its gas hub project for Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic Development Zone. The new facility enhances Yingde Gases' local supply capacity, providing high-quality industrial gases to customers in sectors such as steel, chemicals, electronics, healthcare, and new energy.
Yingde Gases independently designed and constructed an intelligent industrial gas hub project, leveraging its comprehensive service capabilities to meet the gas demands of national-level industrial parks. Through on-site gas supply and liquid supply, the project provides centralized pipeline nitrogen, pipeline oxygen, and liquid products to the park and surrounding enterprises. It is the first project in the Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone to combine centralized pipeline gas supply with liquid air separation.
Yingde Gases' ASU utilizes proprietary cryogenic technology, with core equipment and control systems achieving industry-leading standards. It delivers high efficiency, energy savings, stable operation, and advanced control, significantly reducing energy consumption per unit of product compared to conventional systems. In addition to its main products, the unit also produces products such as high-purity oxygen, food-grade nitrogen, and medical oxygen, further expanding Yingde Gases' gas supply network in Eastern China.
Yingde Gases leverages digital and intelligent technologies to upgrade its air separation project construction, achieving comprehensive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. Through a smart site management platform, it enables 24h intelligent safety risk alerts and progress monitoring. Comprehensive environmental monitoring and precise personnel positioning systems help ensure construction safety and worker well-being. AI-powered early warning technology has cut risk response time by 70%, establishing a benchmark for “zero-incident” sites. Meanwhile, the platform performs real-time monitoring of key process data and builds a traceable, quantifiable quality control system, reducing project costs through refined management.
