Yingde Gases' VPSA Project for Shagang Group Breaks Ground

On November 7, 2025, Yingde Gases commenced construction on the "6,000 Nm³/h VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen) Project" for Shagang Yongxing (a subsidiary of Shaogang Group). Yingde Engineering provides full-process services from design to commissioning and will feature an advanced two-tower VPSA process to ensure a stable oxygen supply for the blast furnace, enhancing energy efficiency and supporting green development. 

Leveraging its deep technical expertise, Yingde Engineering has comprehensively upgraded its VPSA units, achieving major breakthroughs in product quality, operational performance, and energy efficiency. Compared to traditional gas supply methods, this VPSA solution offers superior cost-effectiveness, operational flexibility, and environmental benefits. Successfully deployed in projects like Jiangsu Jushi (6,000 Nm³/h) and Qingshan Steel (1,500 Nm³/h), it provides efficient oxygen-enriched solutions and serves as a reliable choice for enhancing manufacturing quality and efficiency.
