Yingde Gases’ Self-Developed Large-Scale ASU Passes Performance Test, Highly Recognized by Wanhua Chemical

Yingde Gases recently completed the performance acceptance test for the first 62,500 Nm³/h air separation unit, designed and supplied for Wanhua Chemical’s Fujian Industrial Park “MDI Integrated Capacity Expansion Supporting Project – Gas Capacity Expansion Project,” and received high recognition from the customer. As a key supporting project for Wanhua Chemical’s world-leading MDI production base, Yingde Gases demonstrated professional expertise in process design, equipment manufacturing, and full-process technical support, ensuring reliable gas supply for the project.

This ASU was independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Yingde Engineering (a subsidiary of Yingde Gases), and it commenced operation in Q2 2025. During continuous operation, it has maintained stable performance. Recent comprehensive testing confirmed smooth operation across varying conditions, with all key parameters meeting design specifications without compromising product purity or supply stability. These results demonstrate the unit's strong operational flexibility, high performance, and reliability.

This unit integrates multiple proprietary technologies and mature process flows independently developed by Yingde Engineering. It achieves dual breakthroughs in energy efficiency optimization and operational safety, further strengthening Yingde Gases' comprehensive technical capabilities and engineering service expertise in the field of large-scale air separation equipment.
