Yingde Gases’ pipeline nitrogen project for Haixing Chemical has officially commenced operations

On May 15,2026, the project located in the Dafenggang Industrial Park of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, began supplying high-purity nitrogen to Jiangsu Haixing Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Haixing"). Utilizing a direct pipeline supply model integrated with collection and venting recycling technology, this dual-driven approach accelerates the company's green and low-carbon transformation while supporting high-quality regional industrial development.

The newly commissioned pipeline nitrogen project represents a key initiative by Yingde Gases to enhance industrial gas support services within the park and precisely meet downstream customer demands. The project not only adopts direct pipeline supply instead of traditional liquid nitrogen transportation but also features an air separation unit with an exhaust gas recovery system, establishing a comprehensive green production chain covering "gas generation – supply – recovery – recycling." Nitrogen exhaust gases and contaminated tail gases generated during production are no longer discharged directly; instead, they are recycled through low-temperature cooling recovery, residual pressure utilization, and gas purification processes. This approach effectively reduces energy consumption, eliminates exhaust pollution, significantly cuts carbon emissions from transportation, and improves gas supply stability, quality standards, and safety controls. These measures comprehensively assist Jiangsu Haixing in optimizing production workflows, lowering operational costs, enhancing efficiency, and achieving its dual-carbon goals.

As a leading independent industrial gas producer, Yingde Gases has been deeply engaged in the Yancheng Dafenggang Industrial Park for many years. It has established large-scale modern air separation facilities with an oxygen production capacity of 60,000 Nm³/h, providing stable and efficient dedicated gas supply services to steel enterprises within the park.
