Yingde Engineering Supports Binxin Steel's Green and Digital Transformation

Recently, Yingde Engineering has further strengthened its collaboration with Jiangsu Binxin Iron & Steel Group (abbreviated as Binxin Steel), providing cost-reduction, efficiency-improvement, and intelligent upgrade services for its 60,000 Nm³/h air separation unit (ASU). Upon completion of this renovation, the ASU's energy consumption will be significantly reduced, delivering substantial annual savings for Binxin Steel and providing strong momentum for the company's commitment to green, low-carbon development and digital transformation.

Binxin Steel has consistently ranked among the "Top 500 Private Enterprises in China" and the "Top 500 Manufacturing Private Enterprises in China" for multiple consecutive years, earning numerous honors including the "Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award," "National High-Tech Enterprise," "National 5G Factory," and "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise." Yingde Engineering's collaboration with Binxin Steel commenced in 2020, providing a complete set of supply and installation services for a 60,000 Nm³/h air separation unit. The facility commenced operation in early 2022 and has since demonstrated excellent performance with stable and reliable operation. Building on the strong cooperative foundation and high level of mutual trust between both parties, Yingde Engineering completed the planned major overhaul of this air separation unit in early 2026. Its professional technical expertise and attentive service have earned full recognition and high praise from Binxin Steel. In June this year, leveraging its cutting-edge technological advantages in low-carbon energy efficiency and intelligent control systems for air separation units, Yingde Engineering renewed the agreement with Binxin Steel to implement energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing upgrades as well as an automated load-shifting system for the unit. These initiatives not only help the company significantly reduce production and operational costs but also comprehensively enhance the facility's intelligent operational capabilities.
