On June 29, 2026, Yingde Engineering successfully completed the commissioning of a 7,500 Nm³/h oxygen-enriching system for the blast furnace at Shagang Group Anyang Yongxing Special Steel Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Shagang Yongxing), which has since been officially put into operation. The system will provide continuous and reliable oxygen supply for oxygen-enriched smelting processes at Shagang Yongxing's blast furnaces, supporting the company's green and low-carbon transformation while enhancing production efficiency.
This facility was custom-designed, manufactured, constructed, and commissioned by Yingde Engineering, a subsidiary of Yingde Gases, providing comprehensive EPC integrated services. It employs the industry-leading two-tower variable-frequency centrifugal pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) process, leveraging Yingde Engineering's advanced VPSA core technology to achieve breakthroughs in three key dimensions: operational performance, intelligent operation and maintenance, and energy consumption control. The project fully advances the "three lows and one high" principle, creating an industry-leading unit that combines low noise, low maintenance requirements, low energy consumption, and high reliability. It helps Shagang Yongxing optimize production processes, reduce product manufacturing costs, and simultaneously lower carbon emissions, thereby strengthening the foundation for the company's green manufacturing initiatives. Prior to this project, Yingde Engineering had successfully deployed VPSA systems for multiple enterprises including Jiangsu Jushi and Qingshan Iron & Steel, with their proven operational stability fully demonstrating the technology's reliability.
