On September 16, 2026, Zhejiang Yingde Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("Yingde Gases") and Zhejiang Academy of Special Equipment Science ("Zhejiang ASES") signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Leveraging their respective core strengths, the two parties are committed to empowering the full lifecycle safety of special equipment.

Under the agreement, the two parties will leverage synergies to carry out in-depth cooperation in inspection and testing across the full lifecycle of special equipment. Covering cryogenic pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and their safety accessories, the collaboration will advance the application and research of risk-based inspection (RBI), non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, and simulation modeling, creating a closed technical loop for full-lifecycle safety and health tracking tailored to industry characteristics.

Combining Yingde Gases' nationwide footprint and 20+ years of gas technology expertise with Zhejiang ASES' strengths in inspection, testing and research, the partnership will drive complementary advantages across technology, resources and markets—enhancing service quality, strengthening customer ties, and advancing both business scale and professional capability.
