On September 5, 2026, the 6,000 Nm³/h air separation unit (ASU) designed and manufactured by Yingde Gases for Gansu Juhua New Materials Co., Ltd.'s "High-Performance Silicon-Fluorine New Materials Integrated Project" successfully produced qualified oxygen and nitrogen products, providing reliable support for Gansu Juhua's efficient and stable production.

The project was jointly delivered by Yingde Engineering, a subsidiary of Yingde Gases, and China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. Yingde Engineering provided equipment supply and comprehensive technical support. From equipment delivery to on-site commissioning, the project team ensured a successful first-time startup with professional technical services and efficient commissioning capabilities.

The cold box of this ASU is a key facility ensuring stable gas supply for silicon-fluorine new material production. Integrating precision components such as distillation columns and heat exchangers, it separates air through cryogenic processes to extract high-purity oxygen and nitrogen, demanding strict installation precision and construction environment control. The unit adopts advanced processes for low energy consumption and high reliability, delivering high separation efficiency and strong load-adjustment capability. Its integrated skid-mounted structure offers high system integration and a small footprint, enabling whole-unit transport and rapid deployment. Segmented skid-mounted design optimizes piping and structure, significantly reducing on-site installation workload.
